Our yoga offerings are based on the five elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Space. Each class intentionally embodies the innate qualities represented by each of these elements. Tune in to what you need day-by-day, and choose a class to support your needs!
Our teachers are here to hold a loving and peaceful space for all students. Our weekly classes are offered on a sliding scale, and we encourage you to reach out if you feel payment is a barrier.

Embodied and Present
A unique offering to support and calm the nervous system. Class will begin with soft and supported yin-yoga postures. These postures are done with props and are easy to modify for any student. Your practice will end with an abbreviated Yoga Nidra body scan and mediation. No music is played in class.

Favorite Posture: Extended side angle (utthita parsvakonasana). So many ways to get there and so many places to go!

Favorite Posture: Warrior III because I love how I can feel rooted into the earth and, simultaneously, as if I am flying away
Class music style: a balanced combo of up tempo, feel good songs with relaxing instrumentals woven throughout.

Favorite Posture: Vrikshasana - tree pose. I love exploring tree in the body from different positions.
Class music style: If I play music, calming and restorative is my go to. Occasionally I won’t play any music so I can put more emphasis on breath and body
