Still and Subtle

A unique offering to support and calm the nervous system. Class will begin with soft and supported yin-yoga postures. These postures are done with props and are easy to modify for any student. Your practice will end with an abbreviated Yoga Nidra body scan and mediation.

Rhythmic and Adaptable

Mindful flows designed to ground you in your body while moving. Expect to be challenged with plenty of modifications and support offered throughout class. Music varies by teacher. This class is great for all-levels of student.

Heating and Powerful


Channel your energy into focused and challenging movement that will stoke your inner fire. This class is a blend of yoga and other disciplines of movement, and moves at a faster pace. We recommend this class for intermediate to advanced yoga students.

Nurturing and Healing


Embody the foundational yoga postures with beginner's eyes. Expect an educational focus on alignment, yoga philosophy, and pranayama (breathing techniques).  Modifications offered throughout. An accessible practice perfect for beginners and all levels.

Cooling & Grounding


Low to the ground postures that challenge strength and stability. Expect pranayama (breath techniques) and meditation with an emphasis on moving at a slow pace into stillness. Instrumental music or silence. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
