Refund Policy

At Sixth House Studio, we care deeply about supporting your wellness journey. We’ve created these guidelines to keep things fair, simple, and consistent for everyone in our community. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Yoga Classes & Memberships

• Commitment to Practice: All memberships, class packages, and drop-in classes are non-refundable.

• Class Packages: Packages (such as 5- or 10-class packs) are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to use them at your own pace.

Workshops, Events & Pop-Up Classes

• Cancellations: Unless otherwise noted in the event description, you may cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit on your Sixth House Studio account.

• Late Cancellations: We’re unable to offer credits or refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.

• Registration Policy: To keep things fair, spaces in workshops and events can only be secured with full payment (unless noted otherwise in event/workshop description).

Retail Products

• Final Sale Items: Consumable products (such as teas, candles, or wellness items) are non-refundable.

• Exchanges for Defects: Clothing and other non-consumable products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if defective, with your original receipt.

• Other Returns: We’re unable to accept other returns at this time.
