Sylvia has practiced Iyengar yoga since 2001 and has been a certified Iyengar yoga teacher (CIYT) since 2022. Sylvia’s classes focus on sequential learning and proper alignment of the body in asana.

Sylas received his 200-hour Yoga certification through ISSA, as well as Breathwork and Meditation coach certification through IPHM to deepen his understanding and practice.

Shaun creates a welcoming space for self-discovery on the mat and brings a unique perspective to his yoga classes, informed by his multifaceted life as a software engineer, musician, and dedicated practitioner of self-exploration. He guides students through a mindful practice, emphasizing alignment, connection, and the profound calm that emerges from connecting deeply within.
