The first part of this workshop will give you an introduction to Core Shamanism and Shamanic Journeying, including:

• shamanic cosmology and worldview
• how to enter non-ordinary reality safely and consistently
• meeting your power animal
• navigating in non-ordinary reality
• interacting with your guides for knowledge and healing

The second part of this workshop includes participation in our monthly shamanic journey circle, happening immediately following part 1 (described above).

After taking this workshop you may participate in future monthly shamanic journey circles where you'll have the opportunity to practice your skills and deepen your shamanic connections on a regular basis in a supportive environment.

Taught by Una Drake: Una began studying Core Shamanism in 2008. In 2010 she completed training in Soul Retrieval healing. She has taught shamanic journey skills and offered shamanic and energy healing to private clients for the past 15+ years. She has led a monthly shamanic journey circle in Little Rock since 2023.
