Chair Yoga: Lunch Hour Stretch and Breathe

Need a quick wellness boost in your busy day? No time to change clothes? No problem. Come as you are. This class is designed to be accessible even for those in standard office attire. We do slow stretching and chair yoga, and end with a guided meditation, so you'll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more flexible, but not sweaty!
