Reset your nervous system and rebalance your energy during the lunar cycle’s optimal time supporting new beginnings and powerful manifestations. In this deep experiential workshop you’ll:

• Enrich your understanding of astrology, learning how to work with it to assist you this season.

• Heal the subtle energy body/ auric field through a deeply meditative sound scape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks.

• Learn about the chakras and how to attune them through yoga postures. Intentional energy center activation connected to the astrological themes is practiced. This can be used throughout the month for daily attunement.

• Reflect using guidance from astrological themes to position and track your progress.

• Experience social connectedness and strengthen your ability to stand in brave, safe, sacred vulnerability through community sharing, witnessing, and support. Studies show interconnectedness with community improves individuals health and wellbeing.

• Reduce your negative thinking patterns, increase your self trust and sense of self worth. Exposure to positive affirmations, intention setting and manifesting rewires the brain's neural pathways, expanding your capacity for personal fulfillment.

• Experience and learn practical tools for nervous system regulation.
