This week things pick up pace again with both your workout sessions and eating! The last four weeks are all about staying strong in the new habits you've been developing. Take time this week to check in with these prompts:

  1. What is my energy like day-to-day?

  2. How do I feel about my ability to make healthy food choices for myself?

  3. Has my body changed in response to my new movement routine? Are joints less sticky? Have I noticed more strength or ability?

  • Complete your Meditation & Movement Sessions

  • Watch the training video on Recommended Supplements

  • Use the macro guides for selecting carbohydrates, proteins, and fats to create your meals for the week. We'd love for you to share what you're creating on our Facebook page!
