There's a lovely smell in the air and fresh energy to the world! Spring is here, and we hope you're feeling renewed and ready to meet the season. Now is the perfect time to note one or two wellness habits that you're excited to bring forward into Spring, as well as a new goal for the next few months. Get excited, this has only been the beginning for you!

As the course winds down, we graciously ask you to take a moment to give us your feedback. Don't forget, all you cool cats and kittens can take advantage of the next round of the Academy, which will begin on April 18th! You will not lose access to the course content in the meantime.
