Recipes are packed full of flavor and easy to make! The meal plans are designed to support proper digestion, nutrient absorption and detoxification for optimal hormone function, improved energy and fat loss.

APRIL MILLER
Functional Nutritional Therapist, Board Certified Holistic Health Coach
Ten years ago, April Miller battled chronic digestive issues and an autoimmune disease. Frustrated with conventional medical solutions, she dove into educating herself to heal her body! April holds certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Primal Health Coach Institute and, most recently, the Nutritional Therapy Association - an intensive study into anatomy and physiology, hormones, digestion, detoxification, and functional lab testing. She has had the privilege of guiding hundreds of women to restored health and energy through one on one coaching and group programs. April's passion is working with women to balance hormones, heal auto-immune diseases and minimize cancer risk.


CLAIRE ADMIRE
Personal Trainer, 200 E-RYT, 500 RYT Yoga Teacher
Claire Admire started her journey in fitness as a competitor in the Miss America pageant system, and has always been a self-proclaimed "nerd" when it comes to the body and exercise. Her interest in strength and aesthetics shifted when she discovered yoga as a tool for building better body awareness, mobility, and habits for self-inquiry. As a personal trainer, she incorporates her knowledge of traditional strength training, yoga, and pilates to create well-rounded and thoughtful programs for her clients. She has guided men and women from ages 18-72 to better habits, movements, and body image. She believes that a healthy lifestyle is in everyone's reach no matter what stage of life they are in.
