Our yoga offerings are based on the four major elements: Earth, Air, Fire, & Water. Each class is intentionally set to reflect the build upon the innate qualities represented by each of these elements. Our classes range from restorative to strengthening, and are designed with everyone in mind. Listen to your body day-by-day and choose an elemental class to support what you need more of!

EARTH is cooling, grounding, and deeply restorative. Class consists of simple postures done low to the ground or in a chair, with an emphasis on Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. You can expect a slow pace intermixed with stillness, and instrumental music or silence. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
FIRE is heating, transformative, and powerful. Channel your energy into focused and challenging movement that will stoke your inner fire. This class is a blend of yoga and other disciplines of movement, and moves at a faster pace. We recommend this class for intermediate to advanced yoga students.
AIR is fun, rhythmic, and flowing. Each instructor will bring their own style to creating an inspiring yoga flow that will sweep you off your feet! Students can expect minimal props and dance-worthy music. Great for intermediate or advanced practitioners.
WATER is nurturing, healing, and friendly. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, and will be guided with options and modifications through foundational yoga techniques. You can expect a educational focus on joint mobility, stability, and postural alignment. Perfect for those who are new to yoga, or need a more accessible practice.
